General Information

Billing Arrangements: Each project is different, but we normally always break the payments into milestones: 25% down at start, 25% at the halfway mark, and the rest upon completion. Most payments are processed through paypal, however we accept money order or cash in-person.

Working Days: We are in Alaska Time Zone, so that puts us 1 Hour Behind Pacific Time. We are open from 10am to 6pm (Alaska Time) Monday through Friday.

Turnaround Times: Our normal turnaround time for basic tasks, is 48 hours upon receiving request. Fresh website and website redesign projects may take a bit longer, up to two weeks, depending on the amount of content and programming involved.

Conferencing: We enjoy speaking on the telephone or skype, seems to be a much more personalized visit and we communicate much faster than by email. When requesting a conference, please email us the times you will be available 48 hours in advance (if possible) and we will make arrangements to meet with you.
